just some suggestions

1. GMs are only allowed to do an event once ever 5 hours
2.GMs must answer anyones call for help
3. there must always be at least 1 chat mod in the chat box
4. a HEADGM is incharge of watching over the regular GMS and is responsible for them
5. have atleast 1 GM that can be on when ever need via text/msn or any messages
6. GMs should be mature and trustworthy. and know the consequences of rule breaking.
7. if you must have a coder, make sure he/she is mature and understanding to prevent "ragequiting" or anything like it.
8. maybe add some new items or coustom hairs. it will make the game more interesting for the players.

-230 respect points for not knowing what the hell is going on. And most of these suggestions should be unconditional responsibilities of the staff members they pertain to. However, I don't think there can always be a staff in the chatroom because we are all humans and have lives.

yeh yeh i know. theres a reason that im not in school. but its personal and i havent really tried to find a job even though if i looked i could probly get one
